I strive to create a stress-free and joyful photography experience. Your photo session is more than just standing in front of a camera and smiling. It should be a time for you to have fun and enjoy the beautiful moment and create memories as we document your season of life and capture your family's personality. I get how busy life can be and as a mom, we have so many things on our mind and our to-do list. It's hard to find moments to just be fully present and enjoy time with our family and really reflect on how blessed we truly are. I want to capture real moments of love, joy and connection. My goal is to create an amazing and stress free photography experience from the time you inquire to the time you receive your beautiful images and hang them on your wall.
The Process

Book Your Session
Once you complete the contact form, I will be in touch within 24-48 hours. You will receive a calendar of my availability, and choose your date, sign contract, and pay the $200 retainer to hold your date.

Planning
I will send a questionnaire to learn more about your family and your vision for the session.
You will also receive a client prep guide and access to Style & Select to help you coordinate your outfits. I will also help with location choices and planning the details of your session. Think about what your family enjoys doing. We can chat via phone call if you prefer.
03.
Session Day
This is when the fun happens! Get ready to laugh, play games and even snuggle. I want to capture your families love, joy and connection as you interact with each other. I want you to take it all in, relax and enjoy time with your beautiful family.
04.
Memories You'll Cherish Forever
About 3-4 weeks after your session, you will receive an online gallery with all of your images and you will select the number of images in your package. You will also have the option to purchase additional images or the whole gallery and order prints and products.
But this is only the beginning! I want to capture all of your family's special moments and be with you as your family grows.

I take a laid back and natural approach to photography. My goal for every session is for you to have fun, love on each other and interact. I also want to focus on the essence of your family and document this season of your life right now. Your photos will show your personalities and quirks and capture your unique family dynamic.
I want to show the real, authentic and imperfectly perfect moments, because they matter the most. These are the moments that you'll cherish for years to come.

Photos have the power to transport us back in time, allowing us to relive memories and all the beautiful details. Like the way your little one hugs your leg and won't let go, the way your baby lights up when you play "peek-a-boo", and all the belly laughs. One of my favorite things to do is look through old photos, smiling, laughing and maybe even a few tears, while reminiscing on all the memories spent with my kids when they were younger. Remembering their chubby cheeks, curiosity and silliness.

FAQ
How do I book a session with you?
I'm glad you asked! To book a session with Nicole J Davis Photography, simply click on the Contact Me button and send over an inquiry with a vision for your session. You can expect to hear from me within 48 hours. This will be the beginning of a beautiful relationship.
What is a retainer?
A retainer is a fee that you pay to hold your session date. Once we decide on a date, I will send you a booking link. You will have 48 hours to book your session and pay your retainer for me to reserve that date for you. Your balance will be due at least 2 days before your session date. Each session requires a $100 retainer.
When will I receive my photos?
My turnaround time is between 3-4 weeks. If I can get them to you sooner, I most definitely will. If you need your images sooner, I do offer offer expedited services at an additional fee. I also send sneak peeks about a week after your session.
Do you offer prints?
As a matter of fact, I do! I highly recommend printing your photos and showcasing them in your home. Through your online gallery, you are able to order prints through a professional lab and they will be sent right to you. You will also have printing rights, so you can print your own photos. However, for the best quality and experience, I recommend printing from your gallery, but if you need lab recommendations, I will be happy to recommend a lab that I use to print my own family photos.
What should we wear?
Don't worry mama! I got you! When you book with me, I give all of my families access to my Style & Select, which is an interactive styling site that will help you coordinate your own family. I will also provide a Styling Guide to help you choose the best outfits for your session. If you need help with styling, I am happy to assist you.
Can you retouch images?
I hand edit every image using Lightroom. I do not use "filters" nor can I make you look 10 lbs smaller. You are beautiful just the way you are. However, I will do light retouching, such as remove any temporary scars, pimples, smooth skin, etc. I aim for a more natural look.
