10 Fun Places to Take Your Kids in DFW


Peppa Pig World of Play- Dallas (located in Grapevine Mills Mall)

My kids love Peppa Pig! When I think of Peppa Pig, I think of when my son was 2 years old and all he wanted to do was jump in muddy puddles! And yes, they have a Muddy Puddle play area! Kids can also meet Peppa Pig, visit Peppa Pig's house, play in George's fort and so much more!


Play Street Museum- multiple locations

Got littles? Then this is the place for you! Play Street Museum is an interactive children's museum and indoor play area where kids can explore, create and experience a sense of independence. Play Street Museum has multiple locations in the DFW area, including Mansfield, Allen, Fort Worth, Dallas, McKinney and Plano.


KidZania USA- Frisco

On their website it says, "A city built for kids, run by kids" and that is exactly what it is. From the moment you purchase your tickets until you leave, you will be apart of the experience. Kids can become a firefighter, investigate a crime scene, make chocolate, perform on stage and so much more! KidZania is both educational and entertaining! Your kids will have fun while experiencing hands-on learning about various careers and occupations. They will also experience what it's like being an adult, by earning and spending money and opening up their own bank account.


The Crayola - Plano

My kids love to draw and color, so this was definitely a place they enjoyed visiting. The Crayola Experience has tons of hands-on and creative activities for kids. This is such a nostalgia experience that the adults can have fun too!


iT'Z Family Food & Fun- Euless

When my older boys were younger this was our go-to weekend place! Kids can enjoy many attractions, such as bowling, laser tag, a full arcade and bumper cars. They even have themed dining areas where you can sit and eat, including a Gametime (sports-themed), Hollywood, Toon'z, and a Galaxy Diner.


The Dallas World Aquarium- This is an annual go-to for my kids. From the rainforest to marine life to an amazing outdoor South African Exhibit, your kids will enjoy this amazing experience at the Dallas World Aquarium. If you haven't been yet, I highly recommend this place.


The Perot Museum- Dallas

CAMP- Dallas

We are looking forward to vising CAMP very soon! CAMP is not just a store, it's a family experience. It is a mix of play, media and merchandise


SeaQuest- Fort Worth

SeaQuest is located in the Ridgmar Mall in Fort Worth. My kids loved seeing all of the exhibits, animals and activities. Kids are able to touch, feed and interact with different animals, including stingrays, wallabies, and reptiles.


Yesterland Farms in Canton

I have drove by this pace many times and this is definitely a location on our family's bucket list. Yesterland Farms is a fun amusement park for kids of all ages. They have a variety of rides and activities for your family to enjoy. Yesterland Farms also has many seasonal events, such as their Fall Festival.
